Our story begins with Niaz Sathar, a chef whose journey was shaped by an insatiable curiosity and passion for both Indian flavors and French culinary techniques. Having honed his skills in the realms of traditional Indian dishes and refined French cooking, Niaz discovered the magic of flambéing, a technique that allowed him to elevate the essence of his creations with theatrics and intensity. His wife, Patrycja, hails from Poland, and together they share a profound love for the elegance and ambiance of French restaurants and bistros.
